Ringkasan :Peripheral odontogenic fibroma, WHO-type, is
defined by the World Health Organization as ‘a
fibroblastic neoplasm containing varying amounts of
apparently inactive odontogenic epithelium. It may
contain dentine and/or material resembling cementum.’
1 One recent review documented 109 acceptable
cases.2 Clinically, it affects a wide age group (range
2–80 years) with a low peak in the third decade and
there is a slight female preponderance (male:female
ratio 1:1.2)
