The President’s Award is presented at the discretion of the president to an individual for significant contributions to the welfare of the associa tion. This year it is my distinct honor to present AAPHD’s President’s Award to Dr. Teresa A. Dolan, DDS, MPH. Dr. Dolan’s efforts over the past several years have provided the association and dental public health with an interactive forum and strong foundation for the growth and development of the nation’s dental public health residency programs at a critical time in history
