Starting from May 2020, the UMY Library has implemented a library-free online service, meaning that students no longer need to come to the library to submit their hardcopy and CD thesis, but simply upload their thesis / dissertation to the UMY library website. The library free procedure can be seen at the following link

For students who cannot log in to the UMY Library website, they can contact the BSI admin to create a username and password. BSI admins can be contacted at +62 813-2514-3668

After a username and password has been made by BSI, students can immediately upload their thesis / dissertation which will then be verified by the library admin. After they are verified, students can immediately print library-free letters independently via the user page.
