This service provides training for UMY academicians, both for students and lecturers. In this training, students will learn how to determine research topics, find credible references, search journal databases, and learn related writing techniques.

Turnitin checks can be done in two ways:

1. Independent Turnitin Check (designated for students who do not need a proof of turnitin check)
2. Check Turnitin through Officers (designated for students who need a proof of turnitin check)

UMY library provides three assembly rooms:

1. Assembly Room 1 is located in Building D 1st Floor (30 persons capacities)

2. Assembly Room 2 is located in Building D 2nd Floor (30 persons capacities)

3. Assembly Room 3 is located in Building D 3rd Floor (25 persons capacities)

To book the assembly room, you can contact extension 491, or directly come to Central Library at Building D first floor.

Service Circulation are divided into three types: borrowing, returning, and extending book loan.

1. Lending Book : Maximum 9 books per student. 6 books from central Library, 2 books from related Faculty Library/ study program and 1 book from other Faculties. The book loan limit is 10 days. In the borrowing process, this book may not be represented by other people.

2. Returning Book: Maximum for returning books is 10 days after the borrowing process. If you exceed the due date, you will be have penalty of Rp. 500 per book per day.

3. Extending Book: The book loan that is extended will automatically be added over the next 10 days. However, this book extension can only be done once, after which the book must be returned to the librarian.

The Central Library provides 40 computers that can be accessed by the UMY academicians. The computer room is located in Building D, 3rd Floor.

This service helps blind people operate computers. The location is in Building D. 3rd Floor.

This service provides the work of the UMY academicians, including Final Projects, Thesis, and Dissertation. The respository room is located in in Building D, 2nd Floor, and it can be accessed online via repository.umy.ac.id

Visitors of the UMY Library are given a special room to recite the Qur'an. The room is located in Building D, 3rd Floor.

This service provides a catalog of all libraries of universities and schools in jogja. JLA can be accessed via http://www.jogjalib.com/

Endnote is an application that can be used to automatically create citations, either bodynote, footnote, or bibliography. To minimize the occurrence of plagiarism, the UMY Library organizes endnote training every Saturday. For students who want to take part in these activities, please register through the whatsapp service on this website.
