The Teaching Campus Program is part of the Merdeka Campus program which provides opportunities for students for 1 (one) semester to assist teachers and principals at the elementary and junior high school levels in carrying out learning activities affected by the pandemic. It aims to develop students themselves through activities outside of lectures and to broaden their aspirations and horizons.

Now the Teaching Campus program is again opening registration for batch 3. Registration for Campus Teaching Class 3 is open on November 25 - December 10, 2021. The registration schedule for activity participants who are part of the Kemendikbudristek Merdeka Campus program is open for 16 days. 

There are many benefits that will be obtained by students who qualify as participants in the Teaching Campus, including: a) Credit conversion to fulfill the requirements for completing a bachelor's degree of around 20 credits; b) Living expenses and accommodation assistance; c) UKT deductions; d) The cost of the antigen swab; d) Campus Teaching Program Certificate.

Deadline :

• Participant Registration        : 25 November – 10 December 2021
• Participant Selection             : December 13 – 24 2021
• Participant Debriefing           : 3 – 31 January 2022
• Participant Departure            : 3 – 14 January 2022
• Participant Assignment         : January 10 – June 10 2022
• Withdrawal of Participants    : July 2022 (end of activity)

Requirements :

• Have GPA min. 3.00
• Active S1, D4, or D3 students
• Minimum semester 4 in the academic year 2021/2022
• Comes from PTN/PTS under the auspices of the Ministry of Education and Culture with an accredited study program min. B (very good)
• Preferably have teaching and organizational experience
• Have never been registered to graduate in the Teaching Campus 1 or Teaching Campus 2 program

Document Requirements (maximum 2 MB in pdf format):

• Transcripts Health Certificate from Puskesmas/Hospital
• Letter of recommendation from Home College Parent/Guardian Stamped Approval Letter to be placed anywhere
• Stamped Integrity Pact Letter (The format of the document can be downloaded in the registration form on the Merdeka Campus platform)
• Additional documents that can be uploaded (Proof of teaching or organizational experience and Certification of achievement if any)
