In addition, he was the only head of PP 'Aisyiyah who served the longest, namely for 5 consecutive terms from 1965 to 1981. Siti Baroroh Bared played a big role in building 'Aisyiyah. Not only long served as general chairman, he also introduced the autonomous organization for Muhammadiyah women which was founded on May 19, 1917 to all over the world. Siti Baroroh always brings the name 'Aisyiyah to global forums as well as establishes relationships with international bodies such as UNICEF, UNESCO, WHO, The Asia Foundation, World Conference of Religion and Peace, UNFPA, UNDP, World Bank, etc.

Because of the various achievements and campaigns that have been carried out, not a few researchers and academics from various universities in the world are interested in learning about 'Aisyiyah.
Siti Baroroh also has a high concern for education. While leading 'Aisyiyah she fought for the right to education for women. For him, women have the right to education in order to increase their dignity. He also believes that women should receive education from an early age. Since her start, Aisyiyah now manages around 4,500 charities in the education sector, which consists of daycare, playgroups, education for early childhood, and high school. In addition, Aisyiyah also has various other business charities in the fields of health, social, economic, health, and community empowerment.
Siti Baroroh hopes that through these various educational institutions, women can have an education that is equal to, and even beyond, men. He also supports women to build careers outside the home. Even so, Siti emphasized that women still have to remember their nature as women. For him, the right emancipation is when women can develop themselves while still maintaining their nature as women according to the commands of the Qur'an.
Siti Baroroh remained active in 'Aisyiyah until the end of her life. When he died at the age of 74 on May 9, 1999, he was still serving as an advisor to PP Aisyiyah and General Leader of Suara Aisyiyah Magazine. Now the struggle of a Prof. Hj.
