Every student will certainly not be separated from a process of working on assignments in every course he takes. However, in the era of information technology development as it is today, there are many applications that can help students in the process of doing assignments, including:

1.  iPusnas. iPusnas is a social media-based digital library application that is equipped with an eReader to read ebooks. The application is an offering from the National Library of the Republic of Indonesia (Perpusnas RI). There are several excellent features that users can enjoy, including:
   a) Book Collection: a feature that helps you to explore thousands of e-book titles contained in iPusnas. You can choose the title you want, then it can be borrowed and read with just your fingertips.
   b) ePustaka: An excellent feature of iPusnas that allows you to become a member of a digital library that has diverse collections and puts the library in your hands.
   c) Feed: a feature to view all activities of iPusnas users such as information on the latest books, books borrowed by other users and various other activities
   d) Bookshelf: a feature that provides a virtual bookshelf that will display your book borrowing history.
   e) E-reader: a feature that makes it easy for you to read e-books in the iPusnas application.

2. E-Book Perpustakaan UMY by Kubuku. Besides iPusnas, you can also search for e-books through the “E-Book Perpustakaan UMY” application which is only intended for the UMY academic community. The application can be accessed through the Play Store. The tutorial is as follows:
   a) Download and Install UMY Library E-Books on Play Store
   b) Register to become a member (must use UMY email)
   c) Open your email, click Activation. After that wait for verification from the librarian.
   d) After being verified, you can access the E-book Perpustakaan UMY.

3. Mendeley, Zotero, and EndNote. Making the final project cannot be separated from citing and writing a bibliography because both are mandatory parts of the body of the final project. Along with the development of information technology, there are now several reference manager software that can assist students in making citations, including Mendeley, Zotero, and EndNote. Reference manager/reference management is software that can help and facilitate every student in inserting, writing, and formatting bibliography citations.

4. Evernote. EverNote is an application that allows users to take notes, save ideas, collect articles found while browsing and add access from various digital devices such as desktops, smartphones, iPads and others. This software is similar to Sticky Notes found in Windows 7 and Vista, but with more features. This application has several benefits that can be used by library friends, including: 1) become a notebook that can be a place for you to take notes of important things; 2) can be used as a Voice Note that can store information in the form of voice; 3) can store a number of attachments ranging from Cloud to Google Drive; 4) has the ability to restore the lost data by selecting the “trash” menu; and 5) can be used as a reminder.

5. Turnitin. Turnitin is a Web-Based Software that can identify elements of plagiarism in written or scientific papers. The way Turnitin works is to compare the originality of your writing with various sources on the Internet, such as articles, journals, books, and others, so as to prevent plagiarism. Turnitin can also index all papers within a university and compare them with papers from other universities which also index their writings. That way this application can provide information to you about some identification related to plagiarism and the points of writing that you need to correct so as not to allow plagiarism.

6. Quillbots & Spinners. To reduce plagiarism you need to pay attention to the order of writing that you have quoted from a source, because this will later affect the Turnitin percentage result. The way to reduce plagiarism is that you have to understand the citation technique in a scientific paper, one of which is paraphrasing. Paraphrasing or indirect quotation is a re-expression of an article in the form of a new arrangement according to our language without changing the original meaning. However, sometimes students find it difficult to paraphrase because of the lack of vocabulary in assembling a sentence. However, now there are applications that can help you to paraphrase, namely Quillbot and Spinner. Both applications are tools to paraphrase the original text in such a way using artificial intelligence (AI) technology so that the new text looks distinct and natural while still conveying the content of the original text.
