The UMY Library received a visit from SMAN 5 Bengkulu City on Tuesday (6/12) at the UMY Library Building, floor 1. There were 108 grade 11 students and several accompanying teachers at SMAN 5 Bengkulu City. This activity is in order to get to know more about the world of lectures and the study programs in it. The group was welcomed by the Head of the UMY Library, Novy Diana Fauzie, MA. In his remarks, he thanked him for visiting UMY, especially the UMY Library. He also explained about the services and facilities available at the UMY Library.

The next event was an explanation from the UMY Admission Representative, Dyah Pikanthi Diwanti, SE., MM who is also a UMY FAI lecturer. On this occasion he explained about the various facilities and study programs available at UMY. In addition, he also explained about the various ways of accepting new UMY students. It is hoped that this activity can obtain more detailed information about UMY and increase students' interest in continuing higher education at UMY.

Then the last event was the library tour which was guided by several UMY librarians. On this occasion the librarian showed and explained directly about the facilities and services available at the UMY Library.
