Currently, companies do not only see someone from a diploma and from a campus. The company also looks at a person based on the ability or skill possessed at that time. According to the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker), there will be many developments and changes to the "skill set" of job roles in industry, especially in 2025.

4. Technology Adaptation
   In the current digital era, it is expected to be agile in understanding existing and developing technologies. 5. Working with People
   The ability to work with people is needed in the world of work to help another skill called team work. This ability is very important to be able to work together with other colleagues in order to make it easier to achieve a shared vision and mission. There are several skills included in the working with people category, namely leadership and social influence. By having leadership skills, the potential for success of a team will be greater because individuals have good leadership skills, such as high responsibility, initiative, and integrity. Those with such abilities are also more able to influence and inspire others to do the same thing with them.
