One of the UMY librarians, Laela Niswatin, S.I.Pust., again won an award as the 2023 Outstanding Education Personnel (tendik) on Tuesday (29/08) at the AR Fachruddin UMY Building. There are several assessment criteria in selecting outstanding students, namely based on at least 10 years of service, the value of the Employee Performance Unit (SKP), and attendance.

It is hoped that the selection of outstanding students can provide motivation and enthusiasm for all UMY students so they can improve performance, be disciplined in work, and have high integration.
