The demand for plagiarism checking services via Turnitin within UMY is now increasing. This encourages the UMY Library to provide more convenience to all UMY students through a new service, namely UMYTurn. The "UMY Turn" service is a plagiarism checking service via Turnitin that can be done independently by all UMY undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral students. The "UMY Turn" service can be accessed 24 hours by all UMY students by accessing http://library.umy.ac.id/login 

On the web page, enter your e-mail and UMY WiFi password, then click the "Check Turnitin" menu. In this menu there are two options to check Turnitin. For library friends who want to check the similarity of college assignments, research proposals, essay manuscripts, etc., you can select the "Check Turnitin Mandiri (for college assignment purposes)" menu. Library friends can see the Mandiri Turnitin check guide and account which are listed on the website page.

Meanwhile, library friends who want to check the final assignment turnitin such as theses, theses, dissertations and publication manuscripts can select the "Check Turnitin for Publication Needs" menu. After that, click "UMYTurn", then click "Add Turnitin Check Title". After uploading the final assignment file, library friends just have to wait for the turnitin results and the turnitin certificate which will be sent on the library website page.
